    Site visit

    We come to the lot or the house, measure up, and photograph what is already there.

  2. 02

    Drawings

    Architectural and structural plans drawn in-house, so the design and the crew building it answer to the same people.

  3. 03

    Scope

    We settle what is included, what it gets built from, and the order the work happens in.

  4. 04

    Build

    Footings and frame first, followed by rough-in, finishing, and fit-out, with the same crew across all of it.

  5. 05

    Turnover

    We walk the finished house together and close out whatever is still on the list.
